Dominos Pizza complaint: Service and food quality.

My complaint:

This has happened multiple times now. The staff are rude and impolite when ordering over the phone or over the counter. They actually asked me to leave once as I was struggling to find my card! They have also “forgotten” To deliver some of the food ordered. They have never apologised for this and sometimes choose not to redeliver this. The quality of food isn’t always the best either. Which it should be for their price. In the past they once forgot about our order. So we was given an order for free. Which when it finally arrived we were expected to pay for it and apparently the staff did turn up ! When they didn’t! And they also “forgot“ part of that order too.

Suggested solution:

Cook the food they way it is expected to be. Don’t leave items behind. Especially at the cost they are charging. And always speak to each customer with respect and don’t ever apologise for their failure to reach all expected standards.
