My complaint:

I called to place an order and the person who took my order I later found out was the manager. He put me on hold for 9 minutes after taking my order. I finally called back and the young lady who answered my call told me the reason he was so rude was because they were short of staff and behind on orders. My grandson is autistic and only eats your pizza i hung up and ordered from another company. We have used your company for years but that stores customer service was terrible. I work in the medical field and we never use being short of staff as a reason to be rude

Suggested solution:

Retrain that manager and staff member how to handle customers when they are busy. If they are behind on orders simply state that there will be a longer wait time. I manage sick people when we are short of staff and still maintain my professionalism
