My complaint:

Ordered pizza got a notice that it was delivered when it was not called pizza store on coming manager at 430 stayed they delivered pizza to wrong apartment . He contacted that person and asked them to deliver the pizzas. They would not do it. As with COVID it’s no contact and this product was being handled by to many people. Manager refused to deliver it correctly.only thing to do is refund. Then he hung up on me

Suggested solution:

Educate this manager on customer service. Proper delivery techniques. What a jerk. And we are long time customers .
