My complaint:

I ordered a veggie pizza at 11:32 am sitting in front of location. I was told 20 minutes. This was June 26, 2020. At 12:35 pm my pizza was brought to the car wrong pizza. Tell them I didn’t want it and don’t change my card and left.
At 12:36 am, my phone rang, I answered, a lot of talking and they hung up. I call the location this morning, June 27 at 12:05, asked for manager, he said his name was Cliff. I had talked to a manager the day before, his name was Aaron. I was told that location has 4 manager. They are very unorganized, non-professional, no customer service. They also when I asked for delivery, they didn’t deliver to 24800 Hilltop Dr which is 1.8 miles from the location and charged my card but did refund after I talked to Aaron, manager. Two other customers showed up complaining about the service

TRAINING for employees and managers. I will not go to this location NEVER again.
