My complaint:
I ordered 2 gluten free pizzas on 6282020. They were never delivered. I tried calling the store that night and called Domino’s Corporate yesterday. I was told that they would get a message to the owner and have them reach out to me. On 630, I reached out to the store to try to resolve the problem myself. I was put on hold numerous times and was finally told that they could only issue me a credit. This is not an acceptable answer seeing that the issue was completely out of my hands. Additionally, at the end of the call, the person who I was speaking with hung up on me without saying anything. I am completely disappointed with my experience at this store.
Suggested solution:
I would like a full refund of my order to the card used to pay for it.
