My complaint:
So i usually order my pizza and wings from my app. I order bbq wings and box said bbq wings for my son and when he open they were buffalo. Been on phone for 30 mins already waiting to speak to them. They picked phone but not manager and put me on hold again. And manager said they couldn’t do anything about it. And he couldn’t give me his full name. Brandon he said
Suggested solution:
Get a manager on phone and talk to employees to be very careful with orders and focus on what they doing.
