My complaint:
After spending over $2700.00 across 2 years to save enough points to get pizza’s for my little league this year I find I lost all points and have to start over. Due to the virus and our office closed I was not buying pizza’s for the staff. To my dismay when I went to check all 740 points had expired. I guess I will not be buying again. I had worked up a god relationship with our local store in that I could walk or call in and the staff would say hello and ask same as last. We were not even sure we were going to have a season this year but did manage to get it started up again.
Suggested solution:
reinstate my lost points due to circumstances I could not control.
