My complaint:

I called to inform domino’s that the order that was just delivered to my house was not made correctly. The first person who answered the phone kept repeating the same questions over acting as if he wasn’t properly trained in how to handle such a simple complaint. I asked for a manager. He came to the phone very quickly, but thags all he did with a since of urgency. He began to cut me off everytime I spoke. eventually leading to him calling me rude. So I told him if he wanted to take this route then we can. I so informed him the proper procedure in handling this situation. Which then he decided it would be best if he just HUNG UP ON A PAYING CUTSTOMER. Did not attempt to call back.

Never have I experienced such disrespect over a simple mistake. I WILL NO LONGER be spending my money with your company. Neither will my employees.
