My complaint:
I placed an order on line a large pepperoni pizza and an order of buffalo wings and an order of bacon and Tomato wings boneless.. I was keep track of my order and after 50 mins it said it was delivered.. so I called and they lied about delivering the order. They had my order in the store. They said they didnt delivered it because I didn’t answer after I had gave perfect instructions for delivery..so after talking to the manager her only way to resolve the issue was to send me the same old pizza after 1 and a half hour of waiting .. also had a lot of trouble getting a refund..bad service
Suggested solution:
They should follow the delivery instructions.. they should give me store credit based on my order for there errors.
They should make and give u a new pizza if they made an error.
