My complaint:
Person answering the phone had no idea what specials you had and told me a large 3 item pizza was $15 and something. His speech was slurred and I could hardly understand him. He sounded stoned. I order this all the time and your price is always $7.99 but not today. I ended up hanging up and took my business somewhere else. The people answering the phone need to be better educated on what you are selling.
Suggested solution:
Educate your people on how to answer the phone and what specials you have and the prices.
