My complaint:

I called complaint about a order that never came. I asked to speak to a manger a lady named Ashley answered the phone. She was very rude had bad customer service. After explaining to her I didn’t want the pizza no more. She hung up on me. So I drove to the Dominos location to speak to her in person. I told her please cancel my order give me a receipt. She didn’t give me a receipt said she already canceled it before I came. I told her need a receipt for my transaction she told me there’s nothing she can do. There’s no proof she canceled my order. So I left the store. Hours after that the pizza delivers to my house. I didn’t want the pizza no more. It wasn’t fresh it was cold. I just wanted my refund back that she promised I would get when I talked to her in person. I was still charged for a pizza that I was supposed to be already canceled. Worst day ever!!!! Probably will never eat Dominos again.
