My complaint:
I placed a large pizza order for nursing staff for tonight. Driver called me and asked me to give him directions to go since he was in the lobby and I said to him, you can’t be in the lobby because you would have to ring the doorbell and someone would come to the door and you wouldn’t be able to get inside. He insinuated he was at the right place and even threw in looks like an old folks home when I asked him if he was positive he was at the correct location. Needless to say, I had him speak to the nurse there and she also said he was rude, and difficult to re-direct. He kept arguing that he was in the right location when the nurse was standing at the door where he should have been and he wasnt there. After this back and forth argument, he finally asked well how do i get there and was given directions and he was there in minutes. This facility orders from this establishment alot and will not be ordering again. Plus will be letting friends and family know not to ordereat there. I spent around $60 on this order and believe me, between myself and the nurse he (Bradley?) spoke with, we agree he should not be working in an establishment where customer service is a high priority.
Suggested solution:
Speak with the driver, refund the order, and have some customer service inservices. He really needs it.
