Dominos Pizza complaint: Extremely late delivery, cold pizza, soggy box

My complaint:

Ordered at 3:50 pm. At approximately 5:10 pm, the tracker claims that my order was delivered. It wasn’t. I called to find out what happened to my order, and was told that they are very busy, but that the driver was leaving now with it, and would be here in 7 minutes. More than half an hour later, my order was delivered. All 3 pizzas were cold, one was soggy as if undercooked, and the box was soggy also. (See photo). I called back to speak with the manager, and was told to call back after 8 pm when the manager would be there. Why is there no manager on duty? Especially if they are so busy?

Suggested solution:

A full refund, including tip should be credited back to my PayPal account.
