My complaint:
Delivery driver stated that the delivery fee was not a tip and expected one. Later that evening I received an email with a coupon for % off next order because I was unhappy with my order (even though I never said anything) I have given my location several tries to get better and still no luck. This location is bad all around ( cold food, forgotten items, etc.) I won’t be going back. The Pizza Hut and Papa John’s in my area suck also.
Suggested solution:
Just do better in product and delivery driver hiring.
