My complaint:

Okay I called the store ordered a pizza actually I order quite a bit of stuff $65 to be exact. In less than a minute or two at the most my roommate says I don’t want that kind of pizza so I call back to the store and I said I need to change the pizza she doesn’t want the chicken tacos she wants the hamburger the new cheeseburger pizza. She said okay I’ll fix it in the computer. When it was delivered it was the chicken pizza with peppers that I did not want. I called the store there was a young lady that says she was in the system manager can’t remember her name and was telling me that it was too bad that my order was already in the oven how could the order be in the oven in two minutes but yeah I don’t get it for almost an hour and a half. So then she said she could not resolve my problem that it was too bad so I asked to speak to her manager this guy is on the phone his name is Brian and I explained to him what happened it’s about too bad we can’t do anything for you. I’m like excuse me what do you mean he said just what I said I said you know what what’s your name again he said Brian and I said what about the young lady we don’t need her name me suds. I said you’re being so rude and disrespectful for someone that just spent $65 at your store. He said what do you have any other complaints I said I need the district office number 1-800 Domino’s anything else I said I would like to have the young lady’s name you do not need that he said I just wanted my order made right that’s all I wasn’t asking for a whole refund but he was so rude and I have my roommate here and her brother sitting at the table listening to this conversation so I just feel like something needs to be done about that my name is Dana Rumbley my phone number is 863-262-8156 and I live in Lakeland Florida

Suggested solution:

I just want my order made right that's all I wasn't asking for a refund or anything but to be talked to the way he talked to me was oh my God not good customer service whatsoever it does not speak highly of Domino's as a franchise so at this point in time I just think I need a refund because I I'm just like disgusted with the whole thing
