My complaint:

I earned a free pizza with my pizza rewards. I ordered my pizza at approximately 6pm Tuesday, September 15th. It took from 6:09 when they started prepping my order. It finally was delivered at 6:44. The pizza was COLD! I tried to call the local store but after being on hold for 45 minutes I finally hung up. I could not eat that cold pizza! This is not the first time I have received a late delivery cold pizza! This Dominos store here totally sucks and needs new management. They never have enough drivers. I live only 2 blocks from this Dominos! I fed the pizza to my dog! At least he ate some of it. The rest is in the yard for the animals. This is ridiculous and your company has probably just lost a good customer!

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

First, replace my pizza with a HOT one. Send someone to check out this operation from corporate. I am attaching a photo when I made my call. You can see at the top of the photo that I was in hold for almost 45 mins when I hung up. Tell them to answer the dang phone!!
