My complaint:
Around 3:55pm i submitted my order from Domino’s. It said it should be delivered around 4:20pm. I called at 4:42pm to check the status of my order and Grant the delivery driver said he handed it to a white man with a brown bandana. I live in apartments and always order from Domino’s usually the driver knocks on the door and waits until we open the door before they leave but not today. I called and spoke to the general manager Joshua but he didn’t seem to care he didn’t ask of we still wanted the order or anything. Domino’s always promotes good customer service and making it right with the customer but Joshua wasn’t interested in making it right or even trying to understand my frustration.
Suggested solution:
They should remake my order fresh and deliver it to my family. Not sure I will trust the workers right now since I'm making a complaint
