My complaint:
I ordered my pizza online went to go pick it up the app said it would be ready in 20 minutes when I got there they hadn’t even started making it yet then they said they would credit me for the pizza if I waited another 20 minutes to get it I waited the 20 minutes and they did not give me the credit I expect my pizza should have been free for having to wait 20 minutes your customer service is bad they told me that their online wait times are not hope to their store and so they don’t honor then
Suggested solution:
Give me a free pizza
