My complaint:
Hello,
The truck driver was very rude and blocking the intersection and parking lot area and told me he was not moving. The lift was very far from his docking area and I politely asked him can he please move up so I can get out he ignored me when I asked the first time than told me he was not moving and insisted I make an illegal turn to get out of the parking lot.

Suggested solution:
If he is driving trucks one of the most important tasks is knowing how to park and unload your truck on the dock if he don’t know how to do that he should not have his job
