My complaint:
We ordered online and waited until ver an hour and our food was still not sent out for delivery. We called to see what the problem was and if we would need to pick it up, but no one answered the phone. We waited for someone to answer for over 10 minutes.
Suggested solution:
Make your customers aware ahead of time about how long it may be before delivery will be available.
