My complaint:
On 11222021 I called in an order to Pick Up at 3460 US 1 Franklinton Dominos, Was told it would be ready in 15 minutes, So I arrived 10 – 15 minutes later, told cashier I called in an order and then I paid $13.87 or somewhere around that price. Went and sat down waiting for my order about another 15 minutes and I finally went up to the cashier and one of the ladies that makes the pizza asked me was I waiting for an order and I told her yes, that I called the order in and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes and that I had been sitting for 15 minutes or more waiting. So she turned around and asked for Person’s order and they had put my pizza on a back table and I am not sure how long it had been sitting there, but they gave me the pizza and there was NO Heat coming from the box and i said I do not want this pizza because it is not hot. A short Mexican lady said, she had just taken it out the oven and I asked why was it on a back table where there was no heat lamps to keep it warm? I gave the pizza to the lady that came to assist me first and told her I did not want that cold pizza that was on a back table. So I guess the short Mexican lady was the manager, she told me I could wait for another pizza or get my money back and I said I would like a hot pizza, then she told the cashier to refund my money after she asked me did I want another pizza made. By this time I am very frustrated, because I was getting the pizza for my cousin who had just lost his wife to Covid 19 and he does not eat meat, so I ordered him a large Vegetarian Pizza. The cashier gave me a receipt ticket for the $13.87 I had paid and I left the store very upset and disappointed with my Customer Service transaction.
Suggested solution:
Find out who the manager was on the night of 11222021 at the Franklinton, NC 27525 store and give her training on how to treat and talk to customers. Also, to give me my free Large Vegetarian Pizza and include some free voucherscoupons for a couple of free pizzas.
