My complaint:
I ordered pizza from dominos at like 8 or 9 pm tonight thinking that the store would be open. I didn’t know whether they were open or not. So I called 3 times back to back and stayed on the line for 5 minutes until somebody answered so I could cancel my order but I got no response. This is the only time this happened. Every time it happened, the order was already paid for just like in this situation tonight.
Suggested solution:
Refund as soon as possible
