My complaint:
I order my food at 9:56 pm tonight
I received an automatic text saying my food will be delivered soon @ 11:24 pm
It’s now 12:11 am I still didn’t receive my food
This happened 3 times at the pitkin Avenue location
Suggested solution:
Send a message if it will not be delivered
Don’t have people waiting for food
It’s bad business to order n pay but not to receive your food makes people angry
You guys need better customer service
