My complaint:
I ordered a pizza for pickup and they said 20 minutes. I got there 25 minutes after I ordered and waited in the Drive-Thru for 30 minutes behind two cars. I then backed up into a parking spot to go inside and they had a worker laying on the bench inside with the door locked telling me to go back in the Drive-Thru. By then two other cars had pulled up. That is some of the worst service at the Domino’s in Carencro that I have ever seen anywhere. I left without getting my meal and wasted an hour of my time and gas to get there
Suggested solution:
I'm not really sure how this can be resolved because I have a hunts brother pizza right next to my house which is really good and always on time and what I ordered. I love Domino's and that is a closest one to my area but this isn't the first time this has happened, this is only the first time I have complained because I don't know if I will be back to Domino's. Domino's is one of my favorite pizzas but I also like Pizza hut and Little Caesars and they're both not too much farther than Domino's
