My complaint:
Ordered 2 medium pizzas and paid for them. I asked how long till done, employee said it was done just had to wait on one more item. 5 minutes later she said it was done and then proceeded to try to charge me for the same two pizzas and sandwich that I had already paid for ten minutes prior to that. Employee was rude when I told her it was already paid for and she said it didn’t read paid on the screen. That’s an operator error not my fault as a customer. They have very poor customer service skills. If this girl thinks I’m paying 40 dollars for two medium pizzas and a sandwich she’s nuts. I don’t know if I will be ordering from this dominos again. Very poor people skills.
Suggested solution:
At least offer a receipt when paid for. This girl never offered a receipt or anything.
