My complaint:
I ordered 3 pizzas
1 meat a
1 pepperoni, Italian sausage and mushrooms
1 pepperoni and Italian sausages
When I got home I noticed that it was a mistake I didn’t have the meatzza. I called dominos and informed them of the mistake and the person on the phone was very rude and short with me. I asked for a corporate number and was told that they didn’t have one. She then asked do you want the pizza or your money back in a very sarcastic tone. I informed her that I was coming back for the pizza (my family was waiting for dinner)
Suggested solution:
I feel that employee should be reprimanded and the corporate number should be made available for all employees. I also feel that my family and I should be compensated for the inconvenience and ridiculous way that we were treated
