My complaint:

I ordered for a delivery for 9:05pm last night from Dominos that is located in Houston, PA. I called around 9:10pm due to the tracker saying that delivery arrived. I was told that they only had one driver and they were running behind. An hour later, around 10pm, I called again to get an eta on when the driver would show up. I was told 5 minutes. This time, an hour and forty-five minutes passed and I called again and was told the same thing. I told them that it was running on 3 hours and I haven’t gotten a message or a word from the driver. I asked if the driver can be able to call me whenever he was on his way or outside. I was told that he would call me. No calls were made. Now it’s almost 1am and I haven’t gotten a phone call or anything from any of them.
