My complaint:
For the second time in the past month i have ordered a pizza and it took almost an hour and a half to receive my order. when it did finally arrive, the first time the order was wrong and it had to be sent back. the second time the pizza and wings was stale and cold. I ordered my pizza and wings at 6:44, it was quality checked at 7:10 but i didn’t receive the order to my house until 8:08. The Domino’s store is only less than a half mile from my house.
Suggested solution:
They need to get more help or a better manager. But it doesn't really matter any more for me. I will never buy another pizza from Domino's again. As bad as i hate to say it...I would rather buy a frozen pizza from Wal-Mart than get another pizza from Domino's!!!
