My complaint:

The complaint goes as follows the location that was provided made my family experience the worst delivery experience. Our family had ordered their food online, but more than three hours passed and our food did not arrive. So we decided to call the restaurant to ask about our order and surprise, surprise we called to cancel our order but they wheres so rude and just hanged up the phone. So this has been very stressful and so annoying. Thanks to this issue I will probably never order from dominos again.

Suggested solution:

You can solve the situation of this whole by hiring staff that is not rude and will efficiently do their job. In addition, this can be fixed by improving your delivery staff. This was something that could have been avoided but the staff in the location is just the worst.
