My complaint:

I ordered a pizza and chicken delivery from a Dominos this evening and when the driver arrived at my location he refused contactless delivery and called me to state I must come outside to his car to get my order. I live in a high rise which has a circle drive where you can park temporarily for deliveries with your flashers on. I left a note in the delivery instructions stating this and requested contactless delivery to my door as I am high risk and trying to minimize my exposure to Covid. The driver refused to get out of his vehicle and deliver to my door and stated he would be returning to the store and I should call them for a resolution. I contacted the store and the person that answered said they’d send another driver. More than an hour later a driver delivered cold pizza to my door. I contacted Dominos over Twitter to explain the situation as I was awaiting the replacement delivery. They were slow responding to my direct message, so I tweeted directly to their account. They stated someone from local management would contact me as soon as possible. It is now going on 90 minutes and I have not heard from anyone.

Suggested solution:

I would like a refund of my order and a formal complaint filed on the initial driver who refused contactless delivery. I would also like a written apology from Dominos for honestly disrupting my entire evening.
