My complaint:
While waiting for my order, I noticed and observed several employees a handling pizza dough and cookie dough without using gloves. Employees opened doors, handle carts, money and still continued to handles the dough out of its crates.
Today, February 6, 2021, the person who said he was the manager, took my order and then continue to spread out the pizza dough, going back into the refrigerator, grabbing more crates and continue with spreading out the dough. The person cooking the pizza, came around the front, opened the cash registered, counted money, and continued to handle food with her hands. This should be unacceptable practice when handling food, and unhealthy..
Suggested solution:
Make the employees wear gloves or constantly wash hands after handling objects instead of going from food to cash, crates and back to food
