My complaint:
We had placed a order calling from 585 869 6189 and spent about $54 in wings and two pizzas and bread sticks asked to have the wings double cooked she said the order would take 45 min got the food with in 20 min wings where soggy meaning cooked once not twice and found a purple hair in the pizza we called back to say something about it and the girls whos hair it was answered turns out shes the assistant manager she snapped at us asking if we are trying to get free food in a yelling voice we said no just want the pizza replaced we recooked our wings our selfs so she snapped at us and said we now have 25$ credit so now a week later we called to order a pizza from that credit same girl answers and then goes off telling us its been voided because we called the store manager which infact no call was made there for not making it right with us being rude lying to us and ripping ua off when we spent over $50 in food thier
Suggested solution:
For one she should not for fact be an assistant manager shes to young rude and seems to lack good customer serves skills and clearly can not fallow the standards of cooking food the dominos way i would like that $25 credit. For future orders and something done about her treatment of customers
