My complaint:

I placed an order for carside delivery on 09252020 ORDER: 3683. Unfortunately when I arrived at the location and sent a text (and also pressed the I’m Here button) no one in the store took any action. Two people went on breaks. Three of the four people in the store were not wearing masks appropriately. As a disabled person, having the carside service would have been nice for me, but it was actually worse than not offering it at all. I don’t anticipate ordering again any time soon, as safety protocols are obviously not important to the store ownership and carside delivery is a gimmick for PR, rather than an option that is actually used.

Suggested solution:

Ensure that masks are worn to cover mouth and nose. Otherwise it is irrelevant to wear them at all. Actually respond to carside delivery notifications. Please call at 720-808-0729 to indicate that these changes are being implemented at this store. Do not call to tell me that the store is being notified.
