My complaint:
I paid for my meal over the mobile app got to the location waited 1 hour for curbside called and kept putting me on hold. They couldn’t find my order. I went into the store and they were looking again and then mysteriously found it. Pizza looked dried out and I demanded a new order and never got it. Was told they are backed up and I need to wait.
Suggested solution:
Refund and change of management.
