My complaint:
We ordered or meal and waited 1 hour to finally call. It took 8 minutes for them to answer the phone and tell me that they were short staffed and that I am nex to be delivered when a driver gets back. We then waited almost another hour for the delivery guy to knock on the door. As soon as i opened the door, I could smell weed all over him. He reeked as though he had just smoked and you could tell he was high as a kite. I was then concerned about if my order had been contaminated.
This is unacceptable for so many reasons, not just that but our order was cold when we finally got it.
Suggested solution:
I'd like to speak to someone from the corporate office.
