My complaint:

messed up my order then told me it would take an hour to get my order back out to me. When I asked if I could have a store credit for their mess up and the hour it’s gonna take it to get what I paid for, I was told he cannot do both. He did not fix the problem because I still had to wait another hour to feed my child when I paid for my stuff to be there on time and right.
