My complaint:

On Sunday, 9-2-20, I ordered a pizza, specialty chicken, a cookie brownie. The driver accidentally gave my chicken to someone else said he’d bring it back. It was already late so after waiting so long I just wanted a refund. I called the driver the store…no answer. The driver never brought my food back. I called the store the next day I was told that I had to speak with the manager who was on the shift the night I placed my order…Jack. I finally got a hold of him a few minutes ago, Saturday 9-26-20 right before 11pm. I called asked for Jack a black male told me he was not there. I placed an order online the app said “Jack is preparing your order”. I called back from my friend’s phone a girl answered said he was there. I’m pissed at this point. I want my damn money back. Every week I hang out with my friends we order pizza every time this store fucks up my order. I’m sick of it. I get free pizzas via email too often because they’re always messing up my food. Just get my order right the first time.
