My complaint:
We order 2 Medium Pizzas at 1414 hrs on 26th Sec 2020.
Pizza were delivered aroud 1530 hrs. Pizzas were cold and they were stale with negligible topping.
As the pizzas were stale and cold we had to dispose them off as garbage
Further, the delay resulted in my elderly parents unable to take their medicines in time causing a health hazard particularly during this pandemic could have been very dangerous at their age.
Suggested solution:
I need to be adequately compensated for the harassment caused to me and medical issues to my old parents
