Dominos Pizza complaint: Manager very rude and unprofessional

My complaint:

I went into the store to pick up a order I placed as well as a order my friend placed online. When I got the counter I found out the wrong order was placed I asked can I change the order and the lady at the front counter had Avery rude and nasty attitude so I asked to speak to the manager. The manager came out didn’t acknowledge me and just started cleaning the windows I asked can I speak to a manager again and they pointed the man cleaning the window is the manager I asked the manager can he assist me because his staff was rude and had a attitude and the manager arsenio informed me it’s not his problem and he’s not handling it the order was placed wrong. I informed him that I didn’t place the order and I apologized already to the staff but they had a attitude with me so they need to be better trained. The manager then told me that it wasn’t his problem get out of his store and he walked to the back after he yelled at me. I asked the cashier to rang up my lava cakes and provide me the managers name. I asked for corporate number the store as well as the manager declined to provide me the number and was extremely rude.

Suggested solution:

Arsenio needs to be fired he did not handle me with professionalism and was extremely rude yelling at me while my 6 year old son was in the front of the store with me. Instead of handling the situation he walked off and told me get out of the store
