Complaint: Manager intentionally mixed my order up

My complaint:

On September 20, 2020, I called Domino’s Pizza to place an order. I was placed on hold, and then got hung up on. I called back to explain that I got cut off, and then the associate got rude explaining how they have other things to do and other customers to wait on. I then calmly placed an order for two taco pizzas and was told it would take between 10 to 15 minutes to fix my order.

I live approximately 15 miles from this Domino’s and upon arrival I went through drive through to pick my pizzas up. The associate took my debit card, and charged me. After I paid for what I thought was my order, I was given 1 chicken pizza! I told the associate that I didn’t order a chicken pizza, and that I wanted
my money back. She spoke to the manager and told me ai could wait 10 to 15 minutes and they would fix my order by making me two taco pizzas. I told them to just give me my money back. The manager then voided the transaction out!

My order was 86, placed at 12:10pm, server 6850.

Suggested solution:

The order wasn't actually resolved by offering to fix me the correct order. The manager that took my order intentional gave me the wrong order because I had previously told her that I got hung up on and she didn't like me telling her that, and she gave me the wrong order to get even! If you want to resolve the issue, they could have fixed me the correct order for free, seeing ai had to drive 15 miles to pick my order up.

I will no longer order pizzas from there, I'll go to Alissa But in the future!
