My complaint:

I ordered a 40 dollar order tonight at 11:55. The website said get the order in before 12 and I’ll still get my food. I placed it and everything was okay until I got a call from the store. The location which is Fulton, MO 65251. Monty the manager tonight called me and said we can’t make your order we are closed. I said the website said if I get it in before 12 then I will get my order. In a very sarcastic and disrespectful tone he laughed and said we are closed. I asked ab it Again and he said very loud and rude once again WE ARE CLOSED. The store was open when I paced my order and I planned on giving the driver a very good tip because I understand it was late. As a manager Monty acted inappropriately and was insanely rude. Usually always have friendly service I’m disgusted in your choice of management.
