My complaint:

I placed my order this afternoon for 7:05pm delivery. I waited until 7:42pm to call the store because the pizza tracker did not advance past 6:44pm when my order was being checked for quality by Matthew. The response that I received was very agreeable that my order had been taken from the store, but the order of deliveries could not be promised and the driver had 5-6 orders to deliver. I did not have a question until the store called me because they did not have the Diet Coke that I ordered. But wait, my order was out for delivery 20 minutes ago. Somebody is not being truthful on the phone. When I questioned this on the phone with Matthew, the first response that I received (garbage) was that he only had one driver. Not an answer. Really just evading the truth. Whatever that may be. He then told me that he was in from Douglasville and covering for a manager out sick. Not my problem. As I tried to dig into his story, he decided his advantage was to hang up on me. Wrong. I want his ass. I hate being hung up on.My order arrived at approximately 8:15 and I wish that it had fallen out of the car to never be delivered. The pizza was warm, but not up to Dominos standard. If you have ever looked in a pizza box when the product is not fresh anymore, the grease from the cheese has potentially stained the cardboard under the pizza. That is what I was looking at when I opened the box hoping to see fresh and hot. The marble brownie that I ordered was burned and stale. The wings were warm instead of being hot. The Sprite 2-liter was cold. Without resolution, this will likely be my final experience with Dominos. I have options.

Suggested solution:

Give me my money back. The product I received was well below par (and you probably know it). $36.97
