Dominos Pizza complaint: Horrible customer service

My complaint:

I chose the contactless carry out option so I don’t have to have unnecessary exposure to the public. I pushed the “I’m here” button and turned on my hazards right smack in front of the entrance. I counted 5 employees in the store. They all looked at me but no one came out. It was about 20 minutes. So I shut my trunk, locked my car door and put my mask on. I go inside none of those 5 employees had their masks on correctly. I wasn’t greeted. I waited 5 more minutes and said You guys were supposed to bring the pizza out. Immediately this young man who was very defensive and gave me attitude. He started saying some excuse and then snapped me “WHAT IS THE NAME?” I told him and I said “Maybe you shouldn’t offer that if you guys aren’t able to”. He said in the most condescending and sarcastic way “HAVE A GOOD NIGHT MA’AM! I asked for the store number and they said they didn’t know what it was. All of these employees really should be retrained on what customer service is. He could have easily turned a not so great situation around if he knew how work in the service industry. All of them could have. Unfortunately that did not happen.

Suggested solution:

They could have just walked out to my car and let me know hey we are running behind and sorry and I would have been more understanding.

I won’t be returning to that store ever. I will drive further out to a different store.
