We ordered a pizza on 5520 at approximately 8 pm. They took the order, gave us a total (to be exact $14.72), then told us it would be about 12 hour. We explained to then to call before they came to the door so we could put the dog up. After approximately 112 hours still no pizza. We finally called them back and the manager treated us like we were lying. He said that we never ordered a pizza.. He was the most rude manager I have ever dealt with in my 49 years of life. He actually said and I quote What do you really expect me to do about it He also stated very rudely Are you really still on the phone and why have you not hung up yet I was astonished with his behavior and speechless!! The audacity.. The blatant disregard to the customer..
I think Domino's should decide how to resolve this complaint.. Why? Because I DO NOT think that just a free pizza is going to solve this one. That would be nice However I believe they should come out of the box so to speak, with a solution to the arrogance and blatant disrespect we had to experience
