My complaint:

I placed the order at Domino’s 8922 and had such a terrible experience. Unfortunately I can’t give this place zero stars. I ordered the food at exactly 10 pm and the website stated that the approximate delivery time was 33-43 minutes. It was 11:22 pm when I got the last message from this store saying that the delivery driver was in the neighborhood and he would be arriving shortly. It turns out that my food never was left at my door. I waited until close to midnight and then tried to reach the store but nobody answered the phone. I got no other message from Dominos saying that my food has been delivered. The driver never called or texted me and never took a picture of the order to prove he had delivered it. I had checked my door every other minute until midnight and nothing was left. When I called the store the other day to complain about it, they almost called me a liar and said that the delivery person guaranteed 100% that my food has been delivered instead of trusting me. And even worse, one of their employees told me on the phone that his manager couldn’t do anything about it and just hung out the phone on my face. I ended up not eating anything for dinner after been driving for 10 hours. Now I have to dispute the charge. Please do yourself a favor and do NOT order anything from this place. It was the worst experience of my life.

Suggested solution:

First of all, they owe me an apology for almost calling me a liar and not trusting my word. They should know by now that the customer is always right and must be trusted no matter what. Then they must try to convince me to return to Dominos as a guest and definitely refund me.
