My complaint:

I ordered before 7 pm tonight 9.23.2020
I received a text at 7:04 pm that my order was on its way . I just got my order at 7:53pm . The driver stated my address wasn’t on the gps and when I called the store that it was coming from they told me he was 5 minutes away and then said the driver delivered which he had not yet . I stayed on the phone until the contacted the driver and then I waited outside almost 20 minutes just to receive my food cold and missing sauces . This is the worst experience I’ve ever had

Suggested solution:

They need to be more courteous and understanding that people order food for their family to eat a hot meal not something cold and with stuff missing
