My complaint:
I live in a mobile home park where everyone’s address is the same except the lot number. I gave additional instructions to look for my street within the park. They delivered it to the number of the additional instructions of 45th Avenue. He delivered it to lot 45. I live in 339. Hour does that even sound right. They have my telephone number where i could have been called. But wasn’t! They then offered to go back to that house and get it and bring it to me. During these times that should not have even been an option. It was their error and they would not even remake my food and redeliver to the correct address. They even delivered here last week.
Suggested solution:
They should or could have remade my food.
