My complaint:
We ordered 2 prepaid pizzas. Went to pick them up and they gave them to someone else. Had to wait in parking lot to get pizzas made. They made them in a hurry. They weren’t done. The Brooklyn crust pizza had no sauce and almost no cheese. It was just crust with a few veggies and wasn’t even very hot because crust was partly raw. We even had to call them after we got home to get credit for the inedible pizza.
Suggested solution:
Well. We were inconvenienced by having to wait and the pizza was inedible. I had to add ingredients and cook. I think we deserve coupons for 2 pizzas at the very minimum since we had to cook and wasted time in parking lot, making phone calls, and filing this complaint. I think that the business should have handled this with more understanding so that this complaint would not hav been necessary. We have always enjoyed dominos pizza. Don’t really want to start going somewhere else.
