My complaint:

I ordered food at 7:00 and it is 8:51 and my food has still not arrived. It said the person did a quality check at 7:39….That has almost been two hours. I have already paid for my food and it hasn’t arrived. I tried calling the facility three times and couldn’t get in contact with any human. I want a refund this is ridiculous to first off, have to wait that long, and second to not even receive the pizza. It won’t even let me cancel my order – I tried twice to cancel. I am so frustrated this is ridiculous.

Suggested solution:

I want a refund and a coupon this is absolutely ridiculous. This makes me never want to order from this location again. There should be an option to CANCEL your order in cases like this.
