My complaint:

Tonight I ordered a small cheese pizza with garlic crust and a 16 piece of Parmesan bread bites for delivery. Once the order arrived and I went upstairs to eat it, the order was completely incorrect. I received a small white sauce cheese pizza and parm twists. I attempted to call the store over 15 times (i can send you screen shots of my call log) and every time I called they would pick up and immediately put me on hold, at some points I would choose to wait and they would keep me on hold up to 10 mins until I would hang up. I even called the delivery driver who said he was two mins away from the store and was going to call me back with a manager. After 10 mins went by I called him again and he blocked my number. I ended up having to get up and dressed (after even tipping for the delivery) and driving to the store, when I arrived one employee was standing outside and all others were sitting around doing nothing. By the way, there were zero customers at the store and the phone didn’t ring once while I was there which means they were ignoring my calls on purpose. After much hesitation the assistant manager came to the front and refused to tell me his name even after I mentioned I would be reporting them to corporate. I didn’t receive not even one apology or act of empathy while I was there, I was so upset I didn’t even want to eat there anymore and asked for a refund. The “assistant manager” then went on to tell me that they could no longer deliver to my address any more because they offered someone at my same address a free pizza once, which I don’t even know what that means but I’ve never received a free pizza from there. This type of treatment for such a big brand makes me never ever want to return or eat at dominos pizza again. It’s crazy how they can behave this way and get away with it, I’m disgusted!
